After your purchase, you will receive an email with your order number. Be sure to use a valid email address, we cannot correct your email address after your purchase. All order notifications will be sent via email.

Please allow 7-10 business days production for personalized items,  In stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours  ( this does not include processing time) while personalized items average shipping times are up to 14 days.


Processing times vary per product however, it usually takes 1-2 business days. During the processing phase we box and prepare for shipping. 

Processing and shipping times may vary during high volume sale times or for large orders and restocking items.

Tracking numbers will be updated after order processing. Your tracking number will be generated and communicated to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days please check your junk/spam folder. Still no tracking number or package? please email us at glam.gawdd@gmail.com.

International orders can take at least 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. International customers may have to pay their local post office a tax or fee before receiving a package. We DO NOT cover possible customs fees or additional taxes.  

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SELECT THE BEST SHIPPING OPTION FOR YOUR PACKAGE.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that have been tracked and marked as delivered by Canada Post. Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address before placing your order. Please contact us immediately before your item has been fulfilled if you entered an incorrect mailing address. If the item has been shipped to the wrong address due to wrong entry, additional shipping charges will apply on the customer's behalf. If you have a lost package, you must file a claim with Canada Post. Click here to file a claim.

We are not responsible for errors made by Canada Post. If your item is delayed past the Estimated Time of Arrival tracking date, please contact Canada Post directly and file a complaint.
